New Features Added to Uniblue’s RegistryBooster software.
Uniblue strives to constantly improve its products and the latest update to the 2010 version adds features that enable users to keep their PCs error-free with minimal effort on their part.
• Registered customers are now able to benefit from scheduled scans to find out, on a regular basis, if they have errors in their PC’s registry; once a customer has purchased RegistryBooster then their PC will be scanned, automatically, on a weekly basis. The scan happens in the background: Customers no longer need to open RegistryBooster to scan their computer. Once the scan is complete, users will see a notification in the bottom right corner of their screen with the number of errors found, and a prompt to fix them. The automatic scan is a feature than can be turned off, or can be set at intervals to suit the user. This new feature should improve the user experience because through this functionality, Uniblue encourages its customers to check their PCs on a regular basis and therefore, to enjoy consistent performance tweaks.
• Live update functionality has been added to the software; RegistryBooster will now check for updates even if it's not running. Users will be notified if a product update is available via a message in the bottom right corner of their screen.
• If a customer chooses to download either SpeedUpMyPC or DriverScanner whilst using RegistryBooster, they can now do this in-product, whilst seeing a progress bar on the screen.
Due to the changes to RegistryBooster, PowerSuite has been updated accordingly. Uniblue will be adding further improvements to its software over coming weeks.
