Packaged Services
Proceed builds Package Services on behalf of SAP UK. The company uses software products from recognised SAP partners and packages them into a fixed price and scoped solutions that are marketed through SAP. Together with BCT Proceed is working on developing a packaged service for departmental mail processing to integrate with SAP. This package is a ready-to-use product that can be used on a wide platform.
The solution allows classification and digitalisation of documents for electronic distribution to single or multiple recipients with important index data extracted for quick and easy retrieval, reducing costs and increasing the productivity within a department. Moreover the user friendly solution improves the departments overall efficiency. Proceed’s commercial director Nick Parkin explains “Proceed builds on average 3 packages services a year and carefully evaluates both the company and solution that we are packaging. We are very pleased with our relationship with BCT, the product set we are working with is very flexible, well designed and documented. The BCT staff are all very knowledgeable and I can say that this is a true partnership that will benefit our SAP customers.” Close to having a SAP certified product, this collaboration helps BCT conquering a prominent position in the UK market.
