Retail Tech Market Company Expands into Europe

The Mustard Concept  a technology market entry company is expanding its local presence across Europe after announcing new contract wins and plans for expansion into more countries and new channels.

The company specialises in helping technology product and service businesses to enter the European market, launching itself as TMC Europe at this year’s DISTREE exhibition.  TMC Europe will be opening new offices in the core regional markets of the Nordics, Central Europe,Germany, Switzerland, Austria,France, Italy, Spain. As part of these new offices, TMC has also appointed a new General Manager for Europe.

Peter Blampied

has been appointed to the role, after working in international and global sales positions at board level for more than 10 years.  Peter brings broad experience of launching new product categories and entering new markets as diverse as the UK, US, Europe, Australia and the Middle East. Part of Peter’s remit will be to support channel growth for clients of The Mustard Concept with fully integrated commercial policies, pricing, channel selection and promotion strategies.

 

The planned expansion of TMC has been announced around the company’s attendance at retail and distribution trade show DISTREE EMEA in Monaco, for which the company is supporting four European market entry projects. The firm will be attending in support of headphones by Tonino Lamborghini, smart home security solution Piper, wearable tech brand Hi-Tec, and Hiper a range of smart home devices and accessories. All these companies are embarking on market entry strategies with TMC to launch and establish their products across the EU.

TMConcept has grown strongly in the past 12 months with a strong flow of new consumer technology products and services that require market entry into Europe. The highlight has been retail and distribution really getting behind the new products and supporting our clients. Over the last 12 months we have worked with businesses to bring to market a wave of exciting wearable tech, innovative brands, and connected home products.
