Top Connect Completes Acquisition of TravelSIMshop.com
Telecoms firm Top Connect today announces that it has completed the acquisition of Austrian-based TravelSIMshop and has transferred its users to the TravelSim brand, a subsidiary of Top Connect.

The acquisition adds more than 120,000 customers to TravelSim's growing customer base, offering a roaming service, TravelSim claims more than 5 million regular users comprising travelling business executives and holidaymakers.
Most of TravelSIMshop.com's customers are based in Western Europe, and the company's headquarters is based in Vienna, Austria.
"We are delighted to welcome TravelSIMshop into our family of companies and this has been a very natural transition for both organizations," said Max Rivshin, CEO of Top Connect.
The management of both companies have been competing for almost a decade, sharin the same client demographics and operate in similar markets, and even have very similar sounding names.
"It made perfect sense for us to amalgamate and to merge under one brand, especially since many customers had already thought we were one company," added Rivshin.
The management of TravelSIMshop welcome the acquisition, they feel that this merger will benefit their customers through TravelSim's network of distributors and available resources that will take customer service to the next level of excellence.
