ALSO-Actebis profile
Two european ICT distributors ALSO and Actebis have combined their business at the beginning of 2011. Arising thereby the newly merged ALSO-Actebis Group has become Europe's third-largest distribution and logistics company for information and communications technology and consumer electronics with a turnover of around 6.8 billion Euros in 2010 and more than 3,000 employees. The ALSO-Actebis Holding AG is headquartered in Hergiswil (Switzerland) and has been listed on the Swiss stock exchange. The German based Droege Group holds a majoritiy interest.
ALSO-Actebis in Europe
ALSO-Actebis is active in twelve European countries and market leader in seven countries.
The wholesale group includes companies in Austria, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Latvia, Lithuania, the Netherlands, Norway, Sweden and Switzerland.
Germany and the skandinavian contries trade under ALSO-Actebis, the other country organizations keep on trading under ALSO or Actebis for the moment.
