Partner Programme for Independent Software Vendors

Zebra Technologies have announced the launch of its Independent Software Vendor (ISV) Partner Programme, designed to foster stronger and more innovative partnerships between Zebra and the ISV partner community. As an element of Zebra's channel development strategy, the ISV programme highlights the importance Zebra places on the ISV's role in developing new technology solutions.

"The launch of the global ISV partner programme is a key part of Zebra's strategy for long-term growth and builds on the company's 40 years of experience working with partners," said Chris Ayres, EMEA ISV Programme Manager at Zebra. "Zebra's engagement with ISVs will create stronger working relationships and collaboration on joint solutions that deliver customer value in a wide variety of industries."

ISVs will have access to dedicated technical resources who understand the complexities of application development, an ISV developer portal with Software Development Kits, Sample Source Code, and interactive forums.

Prisym ID, a leader of barcode, RFID & labeling software for product lifecycle management, is one of the first ISVs that have since joined the programme in EMEA. "Access to technical integration resources, introductions to global channel partners, and use of Zebra's PR infrastructure are just a few of the benefits that will support Prisym ID to further expand within current and new market places. Through the new programme, ISVs can leverage Zebra's reseller channel and global sales resources, as well as global alliance partnerships that include Motorola, IBM, Oracle and SAP.
